This Agreement is made between the undersigned Licensor, Archi Kuenka ("Licensor"),
and the undersigned Student (or Parent/Guardian if the Student is a minor), collectively
referred to as "Licensee." The purpose of this Agreement is to allow the Licensee
to use certain musical works composed by the Licensor for educational and non-commercial
purposes under the terms stated below.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE
The Licensor grants the Licensee a free, non-exclusive, worldwide, and perpetual license
to perform, record, distribute, and publicly display the musical compositions created by
Archi Kuenka, provided that all such uses are strictly non-commercial
purposes. This includes performances, recordings, and broadcasts via television, radio,
internet, or social media platforms, as long as no financial compensation or commercial
gain is received.
2. LIMITATIONS
The Licensee may not use the Works for
any commercial or profit-making purpose. Any form of monetization, direct or
indirect, including but not limited to paid performances, advertising
revenue, or sale of recordings, is strictly prohibited under this license.
3. ATTRIBUTION REQUIREMENT
All public uses, performances, or recordings of the Works must include the following
credit line: "Music composed by Archi Kuenka – used under a free
non-commercial educational license. For participation inquiries, contact:
archikuenka@gmail.com."
4. ADAPTATIONS AND ARRANGEMENTS
Minor adaptations, such as vocal arrangements, key changes, or translations, are
permitted as long as they respect the integrity of the original work and remain within
the non-commercial educational purpose of this license.
5. TERMINATION
This license shall automatically terminate upon any commercial use of the Works by the
Licensee. Should the Licensee wish to use the Works for profit-making activities, a
separate written commercial agreement must be executed with the Licensor prior to such use.
6. NO TRANSFER OR SUBLICENSE
This license is personal to the Licensee and may not be transferred, sublicensed, or
assigned to any third party without the Licensor's prior written consent.
7. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the
State of Florida, United States of America.
8. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This document constitutes the entire understanding between the parties concerning the
subject matter hereof and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether
written or oral.
